Ubuntu Inustalled Under VMware

My first experience with VMware and Ubuntu. I've never used or installed either. Though I have used and installed other Linux and BSD distributions.

Mostly just screenshots with some commentary. Pretty boring, do not consider this a review of any kind for VMware or Ubuntu. The only problem I had was getting VMware to stop trying to boot from a non-exist floppy driver, as I don't have one in my system. And getting the Ubuntu installer to stop giving me a "non-ubuntu cd-rom detected" message. I just removed the floppy device in VMware and used the "Legacy" setting for the cd-rom drive.

I will most likely be installing VMware at work for testing different Windows installs and getting easier access to some Linux tools.
